The Airport of Florence Amerigo Vespucci is in the outskirts of the town and can be reached by taxi (1520 minute ride) or SITA bus from/to the railway station. From the central station of Florence Piazza Santa Maria Novella catch the bus nr.11, to Poggio Imperiale direction. Get off at the third stop of Via del Gelsomino.
